INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 1 cup mashed banana (about 2 large)

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar + 2 tbsp of milk (or you can just use 1/3 cup maple syrup)

  • 3 large eggs

  • 2 tsps vanilla extract

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or other nut better. Alternatively if you’re allergic to nuts you can use sunflower butter)

  • 1/3 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp all spice

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 100% dark chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. and grease a mini loaf pan or one big loaf pan.

2. Mix all wet ingredients together in a big bowl and then add in dry ingredients. Mix until everything is well combined and then add in the chocolate chips. Bake for 20 minutes or so until a toothpick comes out clean in the middle. Let cool completely before removing from pan.
